Work With Me

I help people become parents. I train the practitioners who support them. And I believe good medicine shouldn’t burn you out—whether you’re the patient or the provider.

After 25 years in fertility and women’s health and labor support, my work lives in three places. This page will help you find the right one.

Here are the different ways I can help…

Clinical Care

  • I see patients in person at Mother Nurture Wellness in Los Angeles. My practice is grounded in Chinese medicine and integrative women’s health, spanning fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the full spectrum of reproductive life.

This isn’t protocol-based care. I listen carefully, I think in patterns, and I treat the person in front of me. Every treatment plan is individualized because every body is.

This is a good fit if:

You want acupuncture and herbal medicine from a seasoned practitioner who integrates classical Chinese medicine with modern clinical understanding. You’re looking for a clinician who takes the time to actually know your case. And you’re in LA (or willing to travel for care).

The Yinstitute for Women’s Medicine

Yin Learning for Yang Times.

The Yinstitute is a community-based continuing education program for licensed acupuncturists and herbalists practicing in women’s health and fertility.

If you’ve taken dozens of CEU courses and still feel unrooted when it comes to clinical decision-making and biomedical integration—this is the net.

It’s not a weekend intensive. Not a certification to check off. It’s what I call Yin education—slow, seasonal learning designed to be digested rather than crammed. Monthly core lectures, case-based grand rounds, herbal CEUs, weekly office hours, and a community of practitioners who understand this work.

I designed this program for practitioners with full lives. The rhythm is sustainable. The content is nourishing. You should finish each session feeling clearer—not more depleted.

This is a good fit if:

You’re a licensed practitioner who wants deeper clinical confidence in women’s health. You’re tired of practicing without a net. And you want a professional home base—not just another course.

The Yinstitute launches February 17, 2026. First class begins March 22.

One-to-One Mentorship

I take on a small number of one-to-one mentorship clients— both practitioners and patients, who need deeper individual guidance in a virtual setting.

For practitioners, this means clinical reasoning, complex case support, professional sustainability, and the kind of thinking-out-loud conversation that’s hard to find in a textbook or a weekend course.

For patients, it’s support around decision-making in complex fertility or reproductive journeys—integrating medical information with your own values and capacity, and finding the perfect curated plan using the best of eastern and western thinking.

This work is limited and conversational. It’s not about having all the answers. It’s about making room for better questions.

Mentorship does not replace medical care or an existing clinical relationship.

Speaking & Teaching

I speak and teach on women’s medicine, fertility and reproductive health, Chinese medicine, and the ethics of clinical practice and education. Mostly, this just means I’ve been doing this work for a long time and won’t stop talking about it.
